The 15th Asian Conference on Electrical Discharge (ACED 2010) will be held at Xi'an, China, on November 7-10, 2010. About 60% of accepted manuscripts will be recommended to Plasma Science and Technology (SCI-cited International Journal) and High Voltage Engineering (EI-cited Chinese Domestic Journal), and the Conference covers half of the publication fee. This is the 15th conference of a series that had its last venues in Bandung, Indonesia (2008), Hokkaido, Japan (2006), Shenzhen, China (2004), Seoul, Korea (2002), Kyoto, Japan (2000), Bandung, Indonesia (1998), Bangkok, Thailand (1996), XiĄŻan, China (1994), Oita, Japan (1993) and Singapore (1992). The purpose of this conference is intended to provide a forum for researchers, scientists and engineers to exchange ideas and discuss recent progress in properties, phenomena and applications of electrical discharges.
