Welcome On behalf of the organizing committee, I am honored to welcome you to attend the 15th Asian Conference on Electrical Discharge(ACED2010), which is organized by Xi'an Jiaotong University. The ACED2010 will be held in Xi'an, China on November 07~10, 2010. The conference will be sponsored by China Xian Electric Group (XD), Northwest China Grid Company Limited and Shaanxi Electric Power Company. Abstracts Submission   Submission of Abstract You are invited to submit your short abstract (not more than 500 words) to the Conference Secretariat by March 31, 2010 via an e-mail or Website (http://www.aced2010.com). The abstract must include title, author’s name(s), affiliation(s), mailing and e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers. The abstract should be in Microsoft Word format. Acceptance or rejection of abstract(s) will be notified before April 15, 2010 to the corresponding author. Author(s) with abstracts accepted will be requested to submit one page digest and the full paper by June 30, 2010 via the conference web and subm...
